Onto the Green.

Tucked away near Murdock and Elmwood, Nebraska, Grandpa’s Woods is a public 9-hole executive golf course and recreational oasis.

No traffic. No noise. No pressure. Just 9 holes of pure golf.

What began in 1956 as a humble family-built course with sand greens has grown into one of the area’s most unique golf experiences — while still holding onto the same hardworking, down-to-earth spirit it was founded on.

“Out here, golf is simpler… except When You’re Putting downhill on #3 green.”

THE COURSE

Towering pines, rolling terrain, memorable holes, and a quiet countryside setting make every round feel different out here.

THE CLUBHOUSE

Cold drinks, good people, and a laid-back atmosphere. Whether you’re golfing, hosting an event, or having a porch drink, the clubhouse keeps things simple and welcoming.

Who is Grandpa?

For generations, Grandpa’s Woods has been built on the values that shaped this land—hard work, family, community, and a love for the outdoors.

Family-owned since 1956, the course remains a place where golfers can slow down, enjoy the countryside, and experience the game in its purest form.

That's the spirit that grandpa built this place on—and it's the spirit that continues today.
